You can pay your rent or service charge in a variety of different ways;

Over the Internet

Click below to pay securely over the internet:

www.allpayments.net

You will be prompted to enter your Contour Homes Payment Card number, a password, and an email address (at which the name of the cardholder can receive a payment confirmation).

You will be prompted to enter the amount you wish to pay and the details of the debit/credit card you wish to use before clicking ‘Pay Now'.

At a Shop or Outlet

You can pay at any outlet that displays one of the logos above by taking your Contour Homes payment card and payment to the counter.

Remember to keep the receipt as proof of payment in a safe place.

By Telephone

To make a payment simply call the 24 hour line: 0844 557 8321 or telephone Contour Homes directly on 0345 602 1120.

Have your Contour Homes payment card and debit or credit card ready.

Once your payment has been processed you will be issued with an authorisation code as proof of payment, which we recommend that you note down for safekeeping.

The amount of your payment will be credited to your Contour Homes account, usually on the following day depending on the time of your call.

By Direct Debit

You can also pay by Direct Debit straight from your account.
